Pentecost Microfinance Bank Limited is a financial institution licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on 22nd July, 2024 with license number 51149. It was incorporated under the COMPANY AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990 on the 15th day of April, 2024 with RC number 1184843. We are licensed to operate as a tier 2 unit Microfinance Bank with an authorized share capital of One Hundred Million Naira (#100,000,000). This can be increased as time goes on. The bank was officially opened in November, 2014 but started operations in February, 2015. We have grown from strength to strength in deposits and customer base.
Our bank has the goal of meeting the high demand of Microfinance bank services by providing flexible banking solutions to support the development of entrepreneurship and empowerment of the physically disadvantaged micro, small and medium scale enterprises (MSME) and individuals. We have our registered office at 10-12 Nnobi road, Nnewi (Inside St. Andrew’s DCC Church), Anambra State. Our Bank’s range of unique products include but not limited to:

a. Acceptance of various types of deposits including savings, time, target and demand deposits from individuals, groups and organizations. b. Provision of credit and loans to its customers. c. Collection of money or proceeds of banking instruments on behalf of its customers through correspondent banks. d. Investment of surplus funds of bank in suitable instruments including placing such funds with correspondent banks and in treasury bills. e. Provision of money transfers, payment services such as cash withdrawals, salary, gratuity and pension of employees of the three tiers of government and other private institutions. .
